Entry-level position in ABA under supervision
Duties:
- Implement behavior plans created by BCBA/BCaBA
- Collect data on client behaviors
- Follow protocols during therapy sessions
- Report progress and concerns to supervisors

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Mid-level professional; works under a BCBA’s supervision
Duties:
- Assist with assessments and behavior plan development
- Supervise RBTs (with BCBA oversight)
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Train RBTs and caregivers under BCBA guidance
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Independent practitioner and case supervisor
Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs
- Provide parent training and ensure treatment fidelity
- Monitor outcomes and make data-driven decisions
